About Me

I have always cared deeply for those around me whether it was someone I've known my whole life or someone I'd just met. A strangers story can quickly tug at my heart strings bringing forth the deep compassion I feel for those I encounter in life. 

 

In 2020, this left me feeling as though I was not fulfilling a purpose I have here on Earth.  This led me to obtain training to become a Quantum Healing Hypnosis Therapy Practitioner (QHHT).  As I moved forward on my journey to find my soul's purpose I discovered reiki and am also a Usui Reiki Master Teacher, animal reiki master teacher and vibrational sound practitioner.  In 2024, I continued my learning to include hypnotherapy to support people on their journey to betterment.  I continue my emotional and physical healing journey and with the support of these modalities have made great progress and find peace within myself.  I continue to be led to other modalities that I believe will be helpful to those who are meant to cross my path. 

 

My favorite part of the soul's journey is meeting the individuals you know you are meant to meet.  It may result in a lifelong friendship or may be as simple as an encounter waiting in line at a retail establishment.  When you have these encounters it is so very heartwarming knowing the connection was divinely guided.
